Add docker for production (#1914)
* Add docker for production

* Add custom dockerfile

* Add trusted proxies

* Add mariadb client (required for backups)

* swap prod and dev docker compose names

* remove sample module

* Add .env.example

* Add support for installer to handle existing .env file and create only DB entries

* Add some documentation about the docker stack

* Align user and group variable names with sail conventions

* Fix tests

* Apply fixes from StyleCI

* Update composer.lock

* remove default db credentials from .env.example

* upgrade nesbot/carbon
