- Removed the obsolete `AddonRegistry` class and associated tests. - Simplified addon boot cache logic by consolidating responsibilities into `BootCache`. - Updated service bindings to align with the new architecture. - Refactored tests for Filament, ModuleShim, and addon discovery to reflect the changes.
